Passionate About Improving Others

Chris Higgins Goalkeeping started in 2008 as Goalkeeping SA and has also been known as Sells Goalkeeping Academy Australia. Our aim is to provide quality goalkeeper coaching to those young keepers that weren't receiving any at club level or who are looking for an alternative pathway.

CHGK has produced many state team, SIP, Skilleroo, NTC and state team futsal keepers. We have had young keepers invited in to trial or train at clubs such as Wigan. Everton. Aston Villa. Derby County. Fleetwood Town, Crystal Palace, Watford and Burton Albion.

Head coach and owner Chris Higgins has coached many senior goalkeepers at NPL and local level winning the 2016 FFA SA cup with Metrostars and the 2017 NPL SA league title with Croydon Kings. Chris is a former junior state team goalkeeper, former NPL keeper and former Australian Futsal international. He is also the former Football South Australia state team junior goalkeeping coach and the former Football South Australia state Futsal teams goalkeeping coach.

Chris currently holds multiple open clinics throughout the week for both Junior and Senior players. In addition to this he is also coaching the Senior goalkeepers at West Torrens Birkalla FC.
